Crematory

Crematory is a German death metal/gothic metal/industrial metal band formed in Westhofen in 1991. They began their career as a Death / Doom metal band and quickly evolved toward a gothic style while retaining certain specific Doom-Death elements. Starting with the album Act Seven (1999), they gradually shifted toward more electronic/ambient/industrial structures. A touch that increasingly took up more and more space in their music. They split up in 2001 but eventually reformed in 2003 thanks to an initiative from Nuclear Blast. After the album Revolution, which was their first and greatest commercial success thanks to promotion developed by Nuclear Blast and three singles, as well as a live album that accompanied the new album and its tour.
