The avowed goal of the musicians of Crescent Shield is to keep alive the spirit of 1980s Heavy Metal. A laudable aspiration if ever there was one… Well, that is what one might think at first glance, if a question did not very quickly come to mind: but where did these young people get the idea that those distant years were synonymous with mediocrity? Indeed, if you are looking for the slightest spark of originality, of passion, or even the little thrill that tickles the ears, you will be wasting your time.
