Crest of Darkness

The band was formed in 1993 by Ingar Amlien in Gjøvik. The band released its first studio album, titled Sinister Scenario, in 1997. It was followed in 1999 by a second studio album titled The Ogress. In 2000, the band released its third studio album, Project Regeneration. In July 2004, the band announced the filming of their song Inexplicable Bloodthirstiness. The video was directed by Roli Produksjoner, and announced for autumn or winter of the same year. In March 2005, Crest of Darkness announced the release of a live DVD and the recordings of their new album Give Us the Power to Do Your Evil. On the live DVD, they explained that they had selected several recent concerts from the period.
