Cryptic Voice

Cryptic Voice was founded in 1996 by Raphael Crivelli, Axel Jelinski and Bernard Zanella. Initially called « Crimson », the band began by playing mainly Metallica covers and demonstrated its technical skills at live concerts at the Gaskessel in Biel. Singer Dimitri Ceraso and bassist Guillaume completed the line-up by joining the band in 1997. Under the band's new name Cryptic Voice, the band released its first three-song demo titled « DEMO(N) ». The success of the demo was followed by numerous local concerts, leading Cryptic Voice to record its first full album, « Retribution Comes », released in the summer of 2002.
