DarkRise

DarkRise was formed by four musicians from the Lausanne region (Switzerland) in 1998. After a year and a half of composing, learning the stage and their instruments, the band decided to record its first demo. "Slaves Of Death" was released in May 2000 and enabled the band to land a series of concerts during which it shared the bill with Fleshcrawl and Yattering. In 2003, DarkRise entered the studio to record its first album, "Massive Retaliation". A pure death metal album. For reasons still unknown, even to the band, the album would only be released a year later on Deadsun Records. In 2005, after giving its first concerts abroad, the band recorded its second album during the summer.
