David Lee Roth

David Lee Roth, known as Diamond Dave, born on 10 October 1954 in Bloomington, Indiana in the United States, is an American rock singer, known for having been the frontman of Van Halen. David Lee Roth made his debut on the rock scene towards the end of the 1970s. He earned his stripes as a singer within the famous hard rock band Van Halen, from 1974 to 1985. In less than ten years, the millions of albums sold and the band's incredible stage performances made David one of the most famous frontmen in the world. In 1985, following numerous disputes, he decided to leave the band to embark on a solo career. He then recorded the mini-album Crazy from the Heat, which was well received.
