Disturbed

Disturbed is an American alternative metal band from Chicago, Illinois. It was formed in 1994 by Dan Donegan, Steve "Fuzz" Kmak, Mike Wengren and David Draiman. Originally, Disturbed devoted itself to a style oriented toward alternative metal and nu metal, in the vein of Korn, Faith No More, and Deftones, before dedicating themselves solely to alternative metal. The band released their first studio album, The Sickness, which quickly reached popularity with 500,000 copies sold five months after its release, and was certified quadruple platinum in the United States in 2008, with four million copies sold. Their second album, Believe, was released in 2002, and reached number one on the Billboard in 2003.
