Eisbrecher

Eisbrecher is a German Neue Deutsche Härte and industrial metal band, originally from Fürstenfeldbruck. It was formed in 2002 by Alexx Wesselsky (vocals) and Noel Pix (lead guitar/programming), two former members of Megaherz, a band that had by that time already enjoyed considerable success in Germany and the United States. After his departure from Megaherz in 2003 due to creative differences, Wesselsky teamed up with Noel Pix, who took on the roles of keyboardist, guitarist and programmer on the albums Kopfschuss and Himmelfahrt.
