End Of Green is a German band formed in Stuttgart in 1992. According to singer Michael Huber, the band's name means the end of hope symbolized by the color green. This fits with the type of music the band produces. The band describes its style as depressed Subcore. The lyrics are about loneliness, depression, pain and death. The band released its first album Infinity on Nuclear Blast in 1996. They played live with artists such as Paradise Lost, Iggy Pop, In Extremo and in 2006 played at the Wave-Gotik-Treffen and Wacken Open Air of the same year. The latest album, Sick Sens, is their greatest success, with Dead End Dreaming being the first album to enter the charts.
