Fishbone

Fishbone is an American music band founded in the late 1970s in Los Angeles by a group of African-American friends. They all come from the South Central neighborhood (with the exception of Angelo Moore who is from the Valley). With a ska musical base, Fishbone borrows from all styles to offer fusional music: rock, blues, reggae, hard rock, metal, punk, funk, etc. This innovative approach made them the pioneers of the fusion style.
