Forbidden

Forbidden is a thrash metal band from the San Francisco Bay Area active in the 1980s and 1990s. Recognized for their rhythm section and their solos, they released five albums under different labels and lineups. 2010 was the revival of the American band with the signing of a new contract on a new label. Initially named Forbidden Evil, the band changed its name after a few demos to Forbidden. Their first album, titled Forbidden Evil in reference to their previous name, was recorded and released in 1988. Their lineup was then composed of Russ Anderson, Craig Locicero and Glen Alvelais, as well as Paul Bostaph. This lineup lasted until 1989. They then recorded their second opus, Twisted Into Form. This album, different from the first, featured depressive touches in places.
