Giant X

Giant X is a new band. But these aren't young rookies coming out of nowhere, since Giant X is the side project of Rolf Kasparek (founder and leader of Running Wild) and Peter Jordan, who is also part of the pirate ship's crew (indeed he is its only current member alongside Rolf). Giant X wants to reconnect with the musical style of the great Hard Rock classics such as Thin Lizzy, Kiss, Van Halen or even Queen. Something quite in vogue at the moment. So let's see what this combo has to offer beyond the dozens of bands claiming the same heritage. Already, despite this definition of their music being quite far removed from the style practised by Running Wild, the ties with Running Wild are quite numerous. The voice first of all, because Rock n'Rolf has a particular, fairly recognizable voice and he sings here as in his band.
