WebsiteGothminister is a Norwegian Gothic metal band created by Bjorn Alexander Brem in 1999. In 2000, he was joined by pianist Hallface, followed by Machine, guitarist, and Dementia, alias photographer Sandra Jensen (who developed the band's artistic style toward what we currently know). Gothminister then released its first album in 2003: Gothic Electronic Anthem ("Hymne Gothique Electronique" in French). This album was well received by German critics and the international press. Metal Hammer UK even ran a headline called "The Undead Are Reborn" ("Les morts-vivants sont ressuscités" in French) talking about Gothminister. The band then played at all the major festivals and the single "Angel" was very well liked there. Gothminister then brought in two new members: Android (pianist) and Chris Dead (drummer).
