Heavenly

Formed in 1994 by Ben Sotto (vocals) and Max Pilo (drums). At first, the band played more of a rock style under the name Satan's Lawyer. Then, moving towards metal, they took the name Heavenly. The early years were not easy, as the style was frankly out of fashion, and it was hard to find musicians. Finally, in 1999, the band made a 3-track demo that would be distributed by the label Noise. In early 2000, the band recorded "Coming from the sky" with Piet Sielck (Iron Savior) at the controls. That same year, Pelisson replaced Laurent Jean on bass just before the first concerts with Symphony X and the first European tour with Stratovarius. Frédéric Leclercq also joined the band at that time, but as a keyboardist.
