Heaven Shall Burn

Heaven Shall Burn is a German melodic death metal band, from Saalfeld. Formed in 1996, the band includes singer Marcus Bischoff, guitarists Maik Weichert and Alexander Dietz, bassist Eric Bischoff and drummer Christian Bass. They are currently signed to Century Media. They have a total of eight studio albums, one of the latest being Veto (2013), which would reach second place on the German charts in 2013. Heaven Shall Burn's musical style is categorized as metalcore, melodic death metal and deathcore. Their lyrics deal with anti-racism, the fight against social injustice and other similar subjects. All the members are vegan or vegetarian and most lead a straight edge life.
