Hellion

Formed in July 1982 by keyboardist Ann Boleyn after her departure from the band 'Screen idols U.K.'. She hired guitarist Ray Schenk, bassist Peyton Tuthill and drummer Sean Kelly. Still without a singer, Ann decided to leave her keyboards to take the microphone. After a few concerts, Hellion appeared on an American compilation, followed by a single on the independent label 'Mystic Records'. In '84, Ronnie James Dio offered to produce the band. But in '86, Ann Boleyn was dismissed. She was replaced by Richard Parico. After a legal dispute over ownership of the Hellion name, the former members changed the band's name to 'Burn'. Ann Boleyn kept the name 'Hellion' and invited drummer Greg Pecka (ex Dokken), bassist Alex Campbell (ex Lion) and guitarist Chet Thompson to join the band.
