Helter Skelter

Helter Skelter was a German glam band formed from the ashes of Vamp, from Munich. They were supposedly involved on the Vamp album "The Rich Don't Rock" that came out in 1989; I have it but I can say they definitely have nothing to do with them… Insiders certainly know Helter Skelter. They had just released the album "Welcome To The World Of Helter Skelter" in 1988. There was not much buzz around them, they were known as a "Party-Glamband" from Munich and like a gust of wind they quickly disappeared again off the projection surface. The quartet Chris Strobl (vocals), Cassy Kissler (guitar), Helmut Zeiler (bass) and Fredl Zech (drums) probably drew more inspiration from Mötley Crüe than from the Beatles.
