Horresco Referens

Born of the forbidden love between Gothic (Type O Negative) and a more extreme Metal (Cradle Of Filth, Dimmu Borgir), the music of Horresco Referens has refined itself over time to become a musical style in its own right: Lust-Metal. Music of heightened sensuality, at once dark and bewitching, it is also a gateway of initiation into extreme Metal, a genre in which the boldest blends yield results as surprising as they are terribly effective. A carnal Metal that imposes no limits upon itself, with melancholy binding rage to despair.
