Immortal

Immortal is a Norwegian black metal band founded in 1990 in Bergen by Abbath and Demonaz Doom Occulta. Immortal has produced several albums that have become references in the black metal genre. After releasing three albums, Immortal finally found a permanent drummer, Horgh, and it was with him that the fourth album, Blizzard Beasts, was produced. Shortly after, Demonaz had to leave the band because of tendinitis in his arm and was replaced by Abbath on guitar. The band, made up only of Abbath and Horgh, released its fifth album, At the Heart of Winter, which marked a significant change in the band's style with the introduction of thrash metal elements. In the following months, Iscariah joined the band to allow Abbath to focus solely on guitar.
