Jesus on Extasy (abbreviated "JoE") is an electronic rock band from Essen, Germany, formed in 2005 by Dorian Deveraux and Chai Deveraux. The band's musical style can be described as a hybrid of rock and metal elements and electronic music. After splitting up in 2014, the band announced its reunion on its Facebook page in October 2020. The first demo EP "Assassinate Us" was produced in 2005 at Chai Deveraux's Sinustal studio in Essen, where the band also worked on the pre-productions of their albums over the following years.
