Joy Disaster

JOY/DISASTER is a French rock band, formed in 2005. It is made up of Nico (vocals / lead guitars), Simon (rhythm guitars / backing vocals), Soupa (bass / backing vocals) and Julien (drums). From their very beginnings, the band caught the attention of the press and media with their post-punk revival. Their tracks, which quickly became hits of the underground scene, were played all over the world by alternative DJs, which led to the creation of a number of fan clubs in Chile, Peru, England, Lithuania and, very recently, Argentina. Over time, JOY/DISASTER has steadily refined its sonic personality, moving from powerful, aggressive punk roots, dynamic guitar riffs and vocals to a much more melodic and mature resonance. The depth, the low voice with a hint of metallic, drawn-out guitar riffs bring a completely new sound.
