Keel

Formed in 1984 by Ron Keel after the demise of his band Steeler. Keel got a contract with Gold Mountain/A&M Records. The first 2 albums were produced by Gene Simmons (KISS). In '87, the band changed labels and in '88, with the departure of Ferrari and despite his replacement by Tony Palmucci, they split up. In '90, Keel formed the band Fair Game, then in 2000, IronHorse. In 2008, he formed a band named K2 just before reuniting Keel once again and doing a tour to celebrate its 25th anniversary. After starting to work as a midday host at the hard rock radio station KBAD-FM, Ron Keel formed a new band known as 'RON KEEL BAND' or 'RKB'.
