Last Warning ist eine italienische Progressive-Metal-Band, die 1987 in Pordenone, Friaul-Julisch Venetien, gegründet wurde. Nicht sehr produktiv, hat die Band bis heute nur drei Alben veröffentlicht. From the Floor of the Well 1994, Under A Spell 2000 und Throughout Time 2009. Die Besetzung bestand aus: Stefano Venuto (Bass), Ivan Moni Bidin (Drums), Antonio Pin (Guitars), Andrea Ferrara (Guitars), Gianluca Venier (Keyboards) und Fabio Del Sal (Vocals).
