Masquerade

The band formed in 2013 in Chur (Coire), in the canton of Graubünden. Technical Death/Thrash metal. Their sound blends old-school death metal (Floridian and Swedish influences) and modern metal. They alternate ultra-fast rhythms (blast beats), heavy mid-tempos, acoustic melodies and guttural vocals (growls). They released the album Soul Deception in 2017 on Massacre Records. They have performed alongside big names of the international metal scene such as Sepultura, Napalm Death, Obituary and Cannibal Corpse.
