Massacre

Massacre is an American Death metal band. They formed in 1984 at the initiative of Allen West and Bill Andrews, later joined by Kam Lee and Rick Rozz. They split up and reformed on several occasions. After one of the break-ups, Rick, Terry and Bill joined the band Death. The band released their first album From Beyond in 1991, followed a year later by an EP featuring Cronos of Venom. Subsequently, the band broke up again. Lee and Rozz reformed the band in 1996 and released the album Promise, which was poorly received. This eventually led to a break-up shortly after the release of that album. Kam Lee revived the band in 2007. The line-up then consisted of three members of his other band, Denial Fiend, as well as guitarist Steve Swanson. The two bands would tour together in the autumn.
