Mass Hysteria

Mass Hysteria is a French nu metal band. Formed in 1993, the band has nine albums to its name, released between 1997 and 2018. Its breakthrough came in 1999 with the second record Contraddiction. Mass Hysteria formed in 1993, and recorded its first album, Le Bien-être et la Paix, four years later. In 1998, their concert at the Spectrum in Montreal was released as a live album. A new album came out in 1999 under the title Contraddiction, which sold more than 50,000 copies. It was produced and mixed by Colin Richardson.
