Meliah Rage

Meliah Rage is an American thrash and power metal band, from Boston, Massachusetts. The band has a total of ten albums since the release of the first, Kill to Survive, in 1988. The band was formed in 1987 by guitarist Anthony Nichols. Shortly after, he was joined by singer Mike Munro, guitarist Jim Koury, drummer Stuart Dowie, and bassist Jesse Johnson. Together, they recorded, the same year, a demo containing three songs. They thus obtained a contract with Epic Records, after only eight concerts. They recorded a first studio album, titled Kill to Survive, accompanied by a video for the song Beginning of the End, aired on the local MTV channel. In 1989, they did a three-month American tour with Metal Church.
