Merciless Death

The band was formed by Dan Holder and Andy Torres in March 2003. They were later joined by Cesar and Mike Griego, but the latter quickly left the band, without subsequently being replaced by another musician. Once this line-up was completed, the trio began to compose their own songs, then gave their first live performances at the start of 2004, in order to promote their demo Annihilate the Masses, which would be released later that same year. Two years later, Merciless Death released their first studio album, Evil in the Night, which, like their demo, was self-produced. This album drew the attention of the label Heavy Artillery, with whom the band would sign a contract.
