METALIUM was created in 1998. They really got off to a great start with their first album, "Metal - Chapter One", in 1999. Their second album, "State Of Triumph - Chapter Two", confirmed the band's strength in power/heavy metal. The three original members, Henning Basse (vocals), Matthias Lange (guitar) and Lars Ratz (bass), were joined by two other musicians. The concept album "State Of Triumph - Chapter Two" is a continuation of the story of the first opus, which is that of warriors who are fascinated by the world full of dangers and who seek to fight other warriors and strange creatures. In 2001, they put on sale the band's first DVD, "Metalian Attack Part 1". In 2002, the success of the story continued with the third chapter, "Hero-Nation - Chapter Three".
