Mordancy

Mordancy is a German Speed Thrash band formed in 1987 in Remscheid, North Rhine-Westphalia. The band would record only a single album in its short career, Scars, in 1995. Although there should have been more, if you ask me, because these guys refused to follow the trends, but chose to zigzag between the two in the early 90s, I mean the power/speed and the technical/progressive thrash movements in their home country, because they belonged to neither, but opted for the middle ground, which in their case meant an old school speed/thrash more aggressive than the former and less complex than the latter.
