Myrkskog

Myrkskog was formed in 1993 as a black metal band. In May 1994, drummer Lars Petter left the band. He was replaced the following month by Bjørn Thomas. Myrkskog was well received by the audience, but disagreements within the band began to be felt at the end of 1994, thus leading to a break. In January 1995, the band returned led by Thor Anders "Destructhor" Myhren and Kenneth "Master V" Lindberg. On 8 May 1995, the band finished recording its first demo titled Ode til Norge, on which they added drum-machine parts in place of a drummer. In 1997, drummer Tony "Sechtdaemon" Ingebrigtsen left the band, which turned toward an aggressive death metal style. In May 1998, the band released its demo Apocalyptic Psychotica – The Murder Tape.
