Nasty Savage

Nasty Savage is an American heavy and thrash metal band, originally from Brandon, Florida. The band became popular in the mid-1980s particularly thanks to singer "Nasty". After two break-ups, Nasty Savage reformed in 2016, and planned the release of a new studio album. The band was originally formed on an unknown date under the name Nightmare. Concretely, Nasty Savage was formed in 1982 by guitarist Ben Meyer and bassist Fred Dreshigan in Brandon, Florida. Once it became a quintet, the band recorded and released a first demo titled Wage of Mayhem. The demo includes four thrash-metal-oriented songs influenced somewhat by Judas Priest and Mercyful Fate.
