New Horizon

New Horizon is a new Swedish power/heavy metal band centered around the core duo Erik Grönwall and Jona Tee, both former or current members of the band H.E.A.T. Jona founded New Horizon in order to quench his thirst for playing power/heavy metal. He grew up listening to and loving bands such as Iron Maiden, HammerFall, Helloween, Blind Guardian, Judas Priest and Symphony X, among others, and had always dreamed of one day releasing his own power metal anthems. The initial idea for New Horizon was at first to have several lead singers perform on the album; however, this quickly changed when Erik came into the studio to record two songs for the album.
