Nimrod

The first lineup of NIMROD dates from 1985, when they performed at the 1st Metal Holocaust with bands like Massacre and Pentagram, considered the first metal festival in Latin America. In 1988, Nimrod went into the studio to record its demo tape "TIME OF CHANGES" which turned out to be very well rated in various magazines around the world, in Europe, England and Japan where the demo tape was chosen as number 1 demo of the year. In 1989, NIMROD received an award from Radio Tiempo and its program "Solamente Rock" as revelation band of the year. In 1990, they received a recording contract with the American label WILD RAGS records to make an album but for various reasons, the band did not record it and after a few months, Chris decided to put Nimrod on hold for a while.
