Pretty Boy Floyd

Formed in Hollywood in 1987. After a few shows the band released a much-noticed first album on MCA Records, produced by Howard Benson. 2 singles "Rock and Roll (Is Gonna Set the Night on Fire)" and "I Wanna Be With You" and promotional videos on MTV drew attention in Europe. Moreover, Pretty Boy Floyd made the cover of Kerrang magazine. In 91 the band split up then reformed in 95 with Keri Kelli of the band Big Bang Babies and LA Guns bassist Keff Ratcliffe. There followed the album Porn Stars which contains 5 re-recordings of tracks from the first album. After a US tour in 2006, the band split up again. After reuniting in 2009 to celebrate their 20th anniversary with a world tour, Pretty Boy Floyd hired Troy Patrick Farrel of White Lion and Criss Sixx.
