Roxx Gang

Formed in 1985 in Largo (Florida) by Kevin Steele and guitarist Eric Carrol. After several member changes, Roxx Gang attracted the attention of record labels with their first demo "Love 'Em and Leave 'Em" released in 1987. Then the band recorded the album "Things You've Never Done Before", produced by Beau Hill and sold to a quarter of a million copies worldwide. Following problems with record labels as well as a conflict between the members, the band split up in '91. Steele reformed Roxx Gang with Roby Strine, Dallas Perkins and Andy James but less than a year later the band dissolved. However, it was drummer Tommy Weder and Toronto guitarist Lames Stacey who joined Kevin to relaunch Roxx Gang. In '94, Strine left the band. He was replaced by Dorian Sage. Voodoo Love you came out in '95, 7 years after their first album. It was followed by "Love 'Em And Leave 'Em" in 1997.
