Sacred Steel

The band Sacred Steel was born in 1990. The band was named Variety Of Arts and it was Progressive Metal. The band was in Ludwigsburg, Germany. The demo Dreams Of Perfection came out in 1992. A year later, it appeared on the 3rd volume of the compilation "Peace Eater" with the song "Gardens Of Mischief". In 1994, the band decided to change its name and became Tragedy Divine. Their musical style became less complicated to classify, but it was still progressive. Because they consider metal an art and not a lifestyle or a religion. They became SACRED STEEL and their vision of the true metal style began to express itself. Rehearsals and a few "live" events resulted in an agreement with the company Metal Blade Records. A month later, the band recorded the album Reborn In Steel.
