Sacrilege

Sacrilege is a melodic Death metal band from the city of Gothenburg, Sweden. It was formed in 1993, split up in 1999, then reformed again in 2006, with the addition of the letters GBG to the end of their name. The band made two demos before signing with Black Sun Records. They would record two albums, Lost In Beauty You Slay, in 1996, and The Fifth Season, in 1997. After Daniel Svensson's departure to In Flames, in 1999, the band split up. However, in 2006, the band reformed with the original line-up under the name Sacrilege GBG. A new album was reportedly in preparation.
