Seventh One

Formed in '97 by the two guitarists Christoffer and Johannes, rounded out by Jonny Edvardsson on drums, Jörgen Olsson on bass and Rino on vocals. In '98, Seventh One won the contest for best band on the Swedish scene, which allowed them to release a first 4-track demo. "The Seventh Eye" would be selected for a compilation on the Metal Mania label. Jonny would be replaced after his departure by Mats Karlsson, who would appear on the 12-track demo "The Celestial Prophecy". Numerous labels were attracted to Seventh One, who decided to sign with Lars Ratz (Metalium). But before the recording sessions Mats leaves the band and would be replaced by Tobias. The first album "Sacrifice" would come out in 2002. The second would also be entrusted to Lars but would mark a change of course for the band with its more aggressive aspect.
