Formed in Gothenburg, Sweden, Smoking Snakes is a new band that has just signed with the label Frontiers Records, always willing to sign new promising bands or not, and with a smile. Sweden has always been a very fertile land in terms of Metal and this newcomer confirms a fine tradition. Heavy as can be, as irreverent as possible and possessing an oversized streak of madness, SMOKING SNAKES bursts onto the scene at full throttle with a first opus that will make a lot of noise. "Danger Zone" is the embodiment of the revival of Sleaze Metal and it allows this style, with fire and panache, to grow 40 years younger. A little bomb to be listened to without moderation.
