Sons of Seasons

Sons of Seasons was founded in January 2007 by Oliver Palotai, who was then part of Blaze together with Daniel Schild and Luca Princiotta. However, due to numerous disagreements with the new management, the entire band chose to part ways with Blaze. This was an opportunity for Oliver Palotai to create his own band. He therefore hired Luca Princiotta and Daniel Schild in the spring of 2007; bassist Jürgen Steinmetz joined them the following summer. It was also in the summer of 2007 that the band's first singer, Tijs Vanneste, was found. However, since the tour schedule did not fit his own timetable, he left Sons of Seasons. Oliver Palotai met Henning Basse, of Metalium, whom he contacted in late 2007 to present his new songs. Henning Basse immediately sensed a shared interest and joined the band as singer.
