Svart Crown

Svart Crown is a French death metal band founded in 2005 by Jean Baptiste Le Bail. After several tours in the south of France, the band extended its reach to the whole country to promote the EP Bloody Crown. In 2008, Svart Crown signed a contract with the label Rupture Music and toured throughout Europe alongside, among others, Otargos and Artefact. In 2010, Svart Crown recruited Gaël Barthélémy and Clément Flandrois and signed with Listenable Records. The album Witnessing the Fall came out at the end of the year. The band toured Western Europe as an opening act for Melechesh or Shining and as a headliner for three weeks in Eastern Europe. They also took part in Septic Flesh's French tour, and played for the first time at Hellfest, at Brutal Assault and at other major festivals.
