Tanis

Tanis is a Swiss Progressive Metal / Rock band founded in the early 90s. The band recorded its one and only album, Different Ways, in 1992 as a self-production. The band split up shortly afterwards. In 1984, the paths of five musicians crossed in a way that seemed almost fortuitous. They planned to produce four albums and to perform in the major concert halls. The band not only had musical goals, but also wanted to take the audience into a fantasy world with an elaborate show. From the beginning, they placed great importance on careful staging with props and visual effects to create an impressive experience.
