WebsiteThe Gazette (ガゼット, gazetto?), stylized the GazettE, or simply Gazette, is a Japanese visual kei band, originating from Kanagawa. The band was formed in 2002, and signed to Sony Music Records. The band, at its formation, consisted of Ruki (vocals), Reita (bass) and Uruha (guitar). After having played with other bands, the trio decided that the GazettE would be their last band. To that end, they recruited in January 2002 Aoi (guitar) and Yune (drums).
