The Legion, also known as: ex-Tyrant, ex-Legion, is a Swedish Black Metal band formed by Emil Dragutinovic (former drummer of Marduk), in Jönköping in 1996. Rise of the Fallen is the first demo released by the band in 1998. It would not be until 2003 that the first album, Unseen to Creation, came out. Since then two albums have been released. The last known line-up of the band was composed of: Emil Dragutinović - Drums (1999-2010), David Svartz - Guitars (1999-2010), Vocals (1999-2001), Rikard Kottelin - Guitars (1999-2010), Lars Martinsson - Bass (2001-2005), Vocals (2005, 2008-2010) and Kristoffer Andersson - Bass (2006-2010).
