It is by combining the brutality of death metal with the energy of hardcore that Tortured Soul was formed. Influenced by Aborted, All Shall Perish and Dying Fetus, the band released a first demo in 2008, well received by critics. After some forty concerts in eastern France, notably alongside DAGOBA, MAROON, INHUMATE, BLOCKHEADS, X-VISION, DARKNESS DYNAMITE, YYRKOON, RECUEIL MORBIDE, THE SEVEN GATES, THE BRIDAL PROCESSION... the band is currently working on the composition of its first album.
