Votum

Votum is a Polish band recently signed by the label Insanity Records (Newbreed, Division By Zero). Like these two bands, Votum operates in a high-flying atmospheric prog metal sphere, in which influences from bands such as Depeche Mode, Dream Theater or Pink Floyd are nonetheless perfectly assimilated. A first-rate debut production that absolutely must be discovered. The talent dispensed throughout "Time Must Have A Stop" grabs attention with tracks featuring heavy, harmonious guitars, as well as sumptuous and inspired breaks. Warmly recommended.
