Warning

In 1979, Raphaël Garrido (vocals) rehearsed with Stratos, a band from the western suburbs of Paris that also included Stéphane Bonneau (future Satan Jokers), Didier Bernoussi (guitar), Daniel Rivens (bass) and Henri Barbut (drums). After months of rehearsals, the band recorded a demo, but split up shortly after due to ego issues. By chance this demo landed in the offices of the record company Polydor, which hastened to offer Rapha an artist contract. He immediately contacted Henri Barbut and Didier Bernoussi who joined him in his new project and they set about looking for musicians to complete the band, Joël Hervé (guitar) was hired. Meanwhile the director of an advertising agency and friend of Rapha made an ad for a famous brand of Jeans that offered a line under the name Warning.
