Wolfsbane

Wolfsbane was a British hard rock band formed in Tamworth (England). Its members included the future Iron Maiden singer of the late 1990s, Blaze Bayley. Signed to the Def American label, Rick Rubin produced their first album, Live Fast, Die Fast. They opened Iron Maiden's British tour upon the release of their second album. While the band initially played glam rock, Wolfsbane shifted its style toward heavy metal from the release of their first album, produced by Rick Rubin and issued on Def American. They opened Iron Maiden's British tour upon the release of their second album. The band split up in 1994 following Bayley's recruitment as Bruce Dickinson's replacement in Iron Maiden.
