Formed in '86 under the name SEDJAGO with Jutta, guitarist Jimmy who was also the composer, Gunnar, Tatch and Bubi. After two albums and facing internal problems, the band split. However, the former members founded Velvet Viper. In '97 Jimmy and his wife revived Zed Yago and released the album "The Invisible Guide" in 2005. The album was quite unusual for its time as the treatment of Wagnerian motifs was new. From Over Yonder ranked among the records of the month of March 1988 in the music magazine Metal Hammer (ahead of AC/DC, among others). The band was soon able to negotiate a contract with a major label with BMG.
